Mike's Founder Journey - December 2022

Hello Supporters!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season and is having a strong start to the New Year! Welcome to the third edition of my founder journey update. We have been working hard on building out Fractalytic, and there have been some exciting developments since the last update.

EF Month 3 - Prototypes and Pilots!

• We launched our gas metering prototype! You can check it out here

• We secured our first 3 industrial demonstration sites!

• Customer Development and learning continues with 86 conversations and counting

Looking Ahead: Investment Committee Month

• Jan 10th is our pitch to the EF Investment Committee for pre-seed funding ($125k)

• We've applied to Y-Combinator, and should hear back in the next month

• We're targeting delivery of our first demonstration sites in the next couple of months

Asks: Accelerating our Learning Rate

• We're always seeking intros to energy or sustainability managers for real-estate portfolios

• We want your feedback on our prototype - we want to ensure we get the details right!
