Mike's Founder Journey - January 2023

Hello Supporters! 

Welcome to the fourth edition of my founder journey update (soon to be the Fractalytic update). This month has been a rollercoaster, but such is the life of a startup founder! 

Entrepreneur First's Conclusion and Paid Customers

• The close of EF: We were sadly unsuccessful in getting funding from EF - onwards and upwards! 

• Traction: We've confirmed our first paid customer!

• Product Building: We continue iterating on a portfolio-scale product. A recent snowstorm gave us excellent conditions for stress testing with promising results.

Looking to February: Customer Success and Fundraising

• Fundraising: We're actively fundraising an Angel/Pre-Seed round.

• Build, build, build! We're targeting full deployments of our pilots this month, with commercial deployments to follow quickly.

• Customer Discovery: Never stop learning - we're pushing for more customer discovery across Canada and the U.S.

Asks: Fundraising and Learning

• Fundraising: We're seeking intros to folks interested in participating in our Angel/Pre-Seed round. Reach out if you'd like more details on our raise.

• Learning: We're always looking intros to energy or sustainability managers for real-estate portfolios.
