Mike's Founder Journey - May 2023

Hello Supporters,

Welcome to the May edition of the Fractalytic update. The last month has been focused on executing our pilot deployments - I’m also happy to say both of our customers have verbally committed to scaling up!

Pilot Execution and Commitment to Scale Up

• Installations Up and Running: Both pilot sites are deployed! We’ve identified ~$7,000 in savings in a couple of weeks.

• Pilot Scaleup: Our customers have already expressed interest in scaling up our solution, with one signing an LOI for 1000+ buildings.

• Firmware Update: We’ve updated our tech to push our data granularity further. This leads to us being able to detect individual equipment cycling.

Looking to June

• We’re discussing with 2 more potential customers in the U.S. and the UK. Our goal is to have 3 new pilots closed by August.

• We aim to formalize scale-up with our two existing customers and expand our capabilities to include setpoint automation.

• We’ll be formalizing our initial case studies for distribution - let us know if you’d like a copy when we complete them.
